Tuesday Workout

I did cardio for about 20 minutes on the elliptical machine at the Club One near Oakridge Mall. I kind of like their machines better because it looks newer and has a TV on them. Too bad I don't know how to turn them on. =( After cardio, I finished my split. Worked 3 sets on my shoulders, back, quads, and 1 set on the triceps. Very sore afterwards.
