Incomplete Tuesday Workout
Today I did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine and worked up a real good sweat. After that, I did 20 minutes (4.90 miles) on the stationary bike. Just wanted to keep the momentum going from the elliptical machine so I was pedaling kind of hard. I then proceeded to lift weights but felt very tired so I didn't finish all the muscle groups I normally do. I did 3 sets for my legs, chest, and lats. I tried to do back and shoulders but was really worn out. Will try to finish tomorrow in the gym.
