Cardio Tuesday
Today I spent 20 minutes on the elliptical machine. Legs really felt the burn. After that, I spent 20 more minutes (4.30 miles) on a stationary bike which I haven't ridden in a while. Also, I lifted some weights. I did 2 sets for major muscles with 10 more pounds and for isolated muscles I stayed with my usual weight for 1 set. Overall, it was a good work out and started work kind of late because of it. Guess I will be doing a bit more cardio on Wednesday.
