Cardio Monday
Came in to work and had to do some work early in the morning so my workout was cut short to just cardio today. I spent 20 minutes on the elliptical machine at a pretty high pace according to my standards and then did 20 minutes (4.53 miles) on the stationary bike. Tomorrow, I plan to lift weights as long as nothing blows up in the morning.
