A Thursday Workout
I worked out today after taking Wednesday off due to sickness. Spent 20 minutes on the elliptical machine and maintained a high pace for the whole time. After that, I did 20 minutes (4.26 miles) on the stationary bike. It feels like doing the stationary bike is more of a cool down for me than a workout. Will either need to increase the speed or change the difficulty. Also did some weight lifting. 2 sets for major muscle groups and 2 sets for isolated muscles. Overall, I felt good. =)
