Sick Tuesday Workout
Yep, even though I was sick, I still went to the gym to workout. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine again and another 20 minutes (4.26 miles) on the stationary bike. After the cardio, I did some weights for major muscle groups. 3 sets for each group. I failed on the back muscles on the 3rd set. I had to cheat on the 2nd to last rep because my triceps and back were already sore. 1 set for isolated muscle groups. I think by the end of next week, I should be able to increase the weights for isolated muscles by 10 pounds as well.
