Friday Feel Good Workout
I chose to skip out on dodgeball today so as not to get other people sick with my germs on the ball and such. Instead, I went to the gym to do 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine. After that, I did 1 set of weights for all muscles and was done for the day. I think it will be good that I can swim tomorrow with no pain in my shoulder for once. =)
