Incomplete Wednesday Workout

Well, I did 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine and proceeded to catch up on the weight lifting that I cut short yesterday. It seems I had to cut today's short as well because my muscles were pretty sore. It's looking like I'll need to split up the weight lifting sessions again. For the rest of this week, I'll just stick to cardio and let my muscles heal.
