Friday Dodgeball

Played dodgeball for about 1.5 hours. Didn't really work hard like other weeks, but still a good workout.

Thursday Workout

On Thursday I did 25 minutes on the elliptical machine and weight lifting. My back was pretty sore from Wednesday's workout. I worked on quads, hamstrings, calves, lats, shoulder, biceps, and triceps.

Wednesday Routine

On Wednesday, the gym was pretty full and all the elliptical machines were taken so I used the stationary bike. Rode for 25 minutes (6.73 miles) and then lifted some weights. Worked mostly on back, shoulder, quads, calves, abs, hip flexor, and triceps.

Tuesday Workout Again

It's been about 2 weeks since the last time I was in a gym. I felt a bit sluggish at first, but once the blood started pumping, it felt good again. I did 25 minutes on the elliptical machine and then lifted some weights. Worked mostly on quads, hamstrings, chest, biceps, hip flexor, and abs. Did one set for the shoulders and calves and then decided to do those on Wednesday.
