Tuesday Workout Again
It's been about 2 weeks since the last time I was in a gym. I felt a bit sluggish at first, but once the blood started pumping, it felt good again. I did 25 minutes on the elliptical machine and then lifted some weights. Worked mostly on quads, hamstrings, chest, biceps, hip flexor, and abs. Did one set for the shoulders and calves and then decided to do those on Wednesday.
