Wednesday Woohoo Workout
Today I spent 20 minutes on the elliptical machine going at a pretty hard pace. After that I finished the rest of my split from Tuesday. 3 sets for hamstrings, calves, back, shoulder, lats, and triceps. I am pretty much at a plateau now though so starting on Saturday, bumping cardio up by 5 minutes and will have to really watch the stuff I eat for a while. Been good about it by eating very low calorie foods at night like veggies and stuff but getting sick of it. Goal for the end of the month is to hit 177. Currently at 180.5 and have been there for a while now.
