Saturday Workout

Didn't swim today. It was raining pretty hard so I just did some cardio on the elliptical machine. Did 20 minutes worth and will probably increase it by 5 minutes in a week or two since I'm not on the stationary bike as much anymore. I also lifted some weights today too. Worked on my hamstrings, a bit of shoulders, chest, and biceps. Tomorrow will need to work on quads, calves, back, and lats.
