Tuesday Lunch Workout

Today I had to work out during my lunch hour because of work. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine before lifting weights. I did 3 sets for my quads, lats, shoulders, chest, and biceps. It was the first time I've lifted weights in 4 days I think. It felt pretty good and not too sore afterwards. Tomorrow I need to finish the split.
