Sunday Workout
Wow, can't believe I'm still working out. It's been almost three months now. Anyways, today I spent 25 minutes on the elliptical machine. I'm glad I stopped at 25 minutes because it felt like a cramp would come up sooner or later. After that, I finished off my split from yesterday. I did hamstrings, more quads, back, a bit of chest and shoulders, and then triceps. I think I will do a full set of muscles tomorrow.
