Tuesday Workout
So I did another 25 minutes on the elliptical machine today. My knees weren't very sore for some reason, but I still think I should give it a rest and use the stationary bike for tomorrow's cardio. Lifted weights as well. Worked on hamstrings, quads, back, shoulders, a bit of chest, upper and lower abs, triceps, and hip flexor. Tomorrow, I will probably do a full body workout.
