Monday Workout Again

It feels like it's been forever since I last worked out. I did 25 minutes on the elliptical machine today and didn't feel as bad as I thought I'd be in for not working out in the last 6 days. After that, I did some weights again. Woohoo! I worked on quads, calves, chest, shoulder, and biceps. Tomorrow is back, shoulders, hamstrings, triceps, and maybe some abdominal workouts too.
